What I Do: Construction Management

I am currently in charge of the Isolation Building for this project. Everyday, I confirm that the site progress is on schedule and the works are being executed in accordance with the drawings.

Motivation

I feel most rewarded when the works proceeds in accordance with the schedule I planned. In the last three years, I learned the construction management at a Domestic project site in Japan, and this project in Bhutan is my first overseas assignment. Communicating with local workers in English is my source of fulfillment—seeing the project progress as I convey my message in a language that isn't their native tongue.

Future Goals

Our immediate goal is to complete the structural work at this site by mid-August. Furthermore, as a member of our overseas branch, I intend to continue traveling to various countries and supporting developing nations.

How I spend my days off

On my days off, I spend my time watching movies and TV shows on Netflix.
Also, I enjoy cooking, and since every Sunday is Curry day, so I like to enjoy it in different ways—like turning it into curry doria or curry Udon noodles.
