What I Do

There are so many differences of working environment between overseas and Japan. My job as an administrator is taking care of working environment so that our engineers working together can work comfortably and smoothly at a construction site under these circumstances. I have to manage variety of tasks such like financing, recruiting, staff management, procurement management, and maintenance of office and dormitory.

What I Do

Rewarding at work

Administrator working at am overseas construction site have to deal with problems every day as a manager even if you are yet a rookie surrounded by people with different values in an unfamiliar place. This sound extremely hard but working with people who have different point of view is so much fun. Moreover, I feel great when I accomplish something after overcoming challenging situations in a circumstances which are completely different from what I used to do in Japan. I believe that sharing construction technologies with our motto leads to the prosperity of the country not just handing over good - quality infrastructures.

Future goals

This is my first time working as an administrator overseas. I feel I should have done my tasks better, but thanks to other crews, I could solve each problems one at a time. There are so many countries that English is not a common language such as The Republic of Tajikistan. So, learning other language is to be mandatory to be a better administrator. Our business spreads various countries all around the world, so I will do my best to be a part of member who contributes the development of these countries.
